Hi everyone, so i moved all of my Dynastes Granti, and Dynastes Tityus Larvae into indivudual containers, and it seems that i have put some of my D granti with my D Tityus, is there any way of telling which is which? Or is it okay to just leave the two types of larvae with eachother.

One should be more blueish or greyish (Granti) and one more yellow (Tityus). There are probably better ways.

Keeping the larvae together wouldn't cause much problem, but keeping the two together as adults could lead to hybrid problem if they turn out to be opposite sexes. That being said, separate the specimens from each other when they become adults.
