Quick google search supplied the dimensions. There are two USPS medium boxes bit they provide almost identical volume.

Been getting a lot of questions on how much substrate will be in the box.

The box will have a plastic bag filled with substrate in it. Whatever fits in the box thats what you will get!

If you see some "white" pieces of substrate in the bag, do not worry! It is just dried pieces from storage. Give it a thorough mix in the bag and you will be good to go!
