Beetle Forum last day September 30th

Due to the cost to host the forum more than doubling with "upgrades" from the hosting company the site will be shut down by October 1st. It was 30 a month and now they want 70 which is ridiculous with forums not really working anymore. Please save what you want because the content will likely disappear entirely when the payments stop.

This is very sad. I wish there were upgrades with badges to keep the forum going. For example "Beetle Supporter" badges which could be $10 a year because I'd gladly pay it.

It’s no longer needed, with me the monthly upkeep costs about the same as a single Starbucks Nitro Cold Brew, with the server hardware owned by me and the small rack space fee covered by my line of work, so the forum is here to stay.

We are good for the next few decades
