how long i need to change the substrate for this kind of larvae because 4 of them already L3 i bought them recently and also 1 of them are smaller other than 3 remaining why?? i hope all of you can help me

 
it depends on the size of your container.

there are also many reasons what one could be smaller. typically, female larvae are smaller. larvae from different parents could be a reason too.

and even its from the same parents, sometimes you still don't get all "majors" larvae.

 
Genetics, nutrition in the substrate, and size of container all play a factor in larvae development. When you see an over abundance of frass in the substrate that's when you can change it. Keep them separated if you can.
