A. verrucosus laying eggs?

Just found 2 blue death beetle larvae in my tank! Also found larvae in my Zophoba and diabolical ironclad tank! I hope they last.

Thanks! Unfortunately, I only have an iPhone for pictures, and it won't pick up on the larvae. It's too tiny right now. I'm thinking they just hatched. Hopefully they will grow, and I will take pics then!

I keep two corners of their tank moist. I put moss in one of the corners and moisten it thoroughly everyday. I first noticed the larvae in the coir underneath the moss. I use pure coir substrate, no sand. Also, I first noticed the zophobas larvae under damp moss, also. They also get two moist corners.

Larva usually move to the moist spots in the cage, so they could have laid eggs anywhere. But mabye the moss stimulated egg laying? I hope they reach maturity!

My diabolicals have been laying too. I have yet to see any larvae of the diabolicals or the BDFs.
Hope you do soon! I look all over the outside of the tank with a flashlight . They are really hard to spot when they are tiny.

Maybe! Probably because it retains the moisture. I hope so too! One of my blue death larvae has not moved for days, while the others have ( I found a third) . It may be a casualty.
