I want to practice using kinshi bottles and was wondering which beetle species is easiest to raise on kinshi?

I was thinking during the fall winter I would come across some leaves but I missed my opportunity and all the oaks I found had already lost all their leaves and been picked up. Anyone have some leaves they want to sell me? Also interested in Oak or Maple logs.

I think if I'm going to try raising them I should be able to at least some what pronounce their name.
