Rhino beetles have a number of ways to keep on track with seasonal emergence but there are differnt ways to throw them off track in captivity, especially species with hormone syncronized pupation. Anyone with interesting reports?

(newly relegated to G. caseyi) I have way better pictures around somewhere. This photo is probably from a scan of a 35mm print made a long time ago (though I remembered the 35mm prints being much nicer). It's a really pretty beetle but a color morpher like Dynastes (yellow turns black green).

Although one of the nicer USA flower beetles, this genus is more difficult to rear than most. This is not in the photo area because none of the forums are open, except this one.
