God's Hobby on FB has them. They are pretty public about selling exotics in the US and carries rainbows as well as I lot of other species. They sell on eBay at times too.
I personally don't touch exotics, too messy and I enjoy various dead specimens local bostrichids and scolytines more anyways (there is 150+ buprestid species in Michigan too, which more than satisfy my interest in pretty beetles). But I have seen them (god's hobby) in some beetle groups on fb a lot advertising exotics.
