@Tylt33 How long has it been since you ordered it? from where? Japan, China, or maybe Taiwan? It typically takes about a month (4-5 weeks) to actually reach the U.S. port, and then it takes another week to couple extra weeks to physically be cleared off of U. S. customs. Then your package will be handed over to the USPS (FedEx, UPS, whatever). Tracking will not be updated when it is still being in ship (not yet arrived to port) and when it is under U.S. customs for clearance. If it has been more than 2+ months, and still no updates at all, then yes, your package might have been lost, or returned to the sender for various reasons.Anyone have a brown sugar jelly for sale or a source? Ordered some from over seas and it’s looking like my order is lost.
I think USPS messed up somewhere, or, their tracking system is broken. It shipped from Taiwan 05/20, and USPS shows that it went out for delivery on 05/28, but that no one was home. No updates since 05/28, it just says "in transit". Gonna go by the post office today.@Tylt33 How long has it been since you ordered it? from where? Japan, China, or maybe Taiwan? They had it there today! They never left me a note or anything, and the worker said it might have been sent back... and then I spotted it on the shelf! If it was from overseas you might have had to sign for it. Odds are it's at the post office! Happens to me every time as I'm never home to sign for it. I just pick it up the nexy day.
