Would it be OK to ship some L. elaphus larvae to Ohio state right now?

I am planning to send few L. elaphus to a person in Ohio. I will be sending the package by Express Mail but I am not sure if they are going to survive. Do you think it is Ok?

they would be fine especially if packed well.

i received tarantulas this week and we were at -11.
