Anybody buy anything from this site? I emailed this company for some weeks but still no answer. I am ready to pay right away but since they don't answer I am hesitant on paying without communication. On their site they claim they are delighted to talk to customers. Just curious if anybody dealt with them before.

Just out of curiosity what do you want to buy from there? I've been browsing it recently but everything seems to be out of stock almost all the time. As far as I understand it's only one person, I saw a video of a pair of beetles he sold to someone, they looked great and perfectly healthy with a decent size male. The guy who bought them and posted the unpacking video was quite happy as well, he also mentioned the person from rhinobeetles was very knowledgeable and provided additional info and answered questions (not sure how quickly)
