Hello! I'm currently on a vacation in Florida and was wondering if anyone knew some good places near the central east coast to bug hunt? I'm hoping to find some palmetto weevils!

 
I don’t know of any particular spots, but I’d imagine the lower parts have great bugs! HMU if you find any cool beetles/ millipedes

Quite famous (along with Arizona) to US hobbyists as a bug-heaven

Whats on your target list besides the palmetto weevils? Looking up species biology/habitat/seasonality on Google Scholar can be immensely useful

Edit: Just realized live bugs cannot be brought between US states if you are taking an airplane home
