After heat treating substrate, I noticed that inside there were a whole bunch of small fungus gnat larvae that were cooked. Would this pose a health threat to my larvae? Also, I replaced some substrate after 3 months and noticed days later there was a mold problem in one of my containers. I could see some thick mold spreading throughout it. I was doing so well maintaining my container in the past but the recent rise in humidity became a problem.
