Substrate for chalcosoma moellenkampi larvae

I am acquiring some Chalcosoma moellenkampi larvae, and need substrate. Ordering from overseas is super expensive (2 weeks worth is 43 dollars). Making sub is not an option as I don't have the time or resources available to me. Would the hardwood blend from bugsincyberspace.com be sufficient to feed the larvae? I could spring for the overseas stuff but don't want to spend that kind of money.

I ordered from Oak and I thought Dethcheez offered some too.

I have some extra substrate since my larvae all pupated. However, it is only enough to fill one container.
