Stacking larvae containers

I know larvae like limited ventilation but would it be alright to stack larvae containers on top of each other? I have so many larvae and I'm running out of space. This is why I need to stack the containers. There are about 5 air holes on each container.

Depending on the container, I poke holes either along the rims of the lids where they won't be covered by the bottom of a container stacked on top or I poke holes on the sides of the container.
