Small, White Worms in substrate

I was checking on my grubs, and one of my containers has a bunch of little white nematodes in it. Any idea what these could be? I’m assuming they’re problematic but I’m curious as to what they are. They aren’t fungal gnat larvae, and don’t move around much. They’re no more than 1cm long and around 1 mm wide.

I also might have found those but in my adult beetle container. I also dound these black things that looked like ants or soemthing with a long abdomen.

Probably literally nematodes of some sort
