Phalacrognathus muelleri

Hello. I am planning to breed my Phalacrognathus muelleri. I have not started breeding them yet, but would anyone like any larvae once I do?

Na they aren't invasives to me, but many people think beetles like these are. I'd classify them more as exotics.

Ok then don't make false statements like this that discourage others from posting. People thinking things doesn't make it true. If that's what you were warning about then say that instead of asserting a fearmongery falsehood.

We should not be openly discussing importing, and selling invasive species to the USA on this forum, I always will advise against it. People act like the forum isn't being watched, I have sources that tell me who's watching.

As I stated, "they aren't invasives to me" which means I believe that they are not. USDA and APHIS still consider them invasive and are not allowed to be imported without the proper permits.

It won't be word play to the Feds. Invasive and "exotic" mean the same thing. This is a worldwide forum, and some USA users do have permits for rearing

non-natives. Be specific.

Barley any people on here have permits for owning/rearing non-natives, what are you talking about?

Does it ring a bell to anyone that this user came on here out of nowhere trying to sell exotics?

In which I advised against, and gave my opinion on "invasives" ? Word though.

A few determined individuals go to the rectally invasive procedures to raise non natives legally, I know at least one who used to write me

asking dumb questions until I told him I carried a gun in the field to discourage activists from hassling me. In any event, I doubt the feds

are setting up a sting operation in this forum.

I still will advise against it always. Yes, I should have been more stern with my original answer of invasive/exotics and should not have brought my opinions into it.

I know who is watching, just be careful.
