Mysterious Beetle death?

Hi all,

I've just recently lost my female of a breeding pair(Dorcus Bucephalus) I recived a few months ago, and my male is starting to behave strangely. I noticed a few days before the female passed that she was very slow moving and uncoordinated, which ended up progressing worse and worse until I discovered her on her back underneath her hide. I had assumed the female's condition was due to some heat damage on the trip over, but now the male is beginning to act the same way. Upon arrival, the male was strong and healthy, and the female not so much. Both are(or were, for the female) in rather large tanks with a moist substrate (sprayed every day or every other day depending on the humidity of the house) with resin half-logs to climb on and hide under. Both have been fed a mix of beetle jellies and ripe organic banana slices. They seemed to like both the substrate and the hide, as they were able to explore around and dig. According to the breeder, both emerged in early June. Not sure what is going on with my beetles, but any guesses as to what the issue is would be greatly appreciated. Here's a video of his current condition--- https://youtu.be/-YTZot0Q84U
