My beetle enclosure is drying out to fast

It depends on the amount of money you want to spend. There are glass reptariums, which are also used for amphibians, you could make something

using plastic panels available at a hardware store, or maybe a typical animal keeper with the removable lid, normally the air holes are too large to

keep in moisture, but I'm using a small one with saran wrap underneath the lid for my Lucanus adult, poking some holes with a toothpick in the wrap

keeps the substrate moist enough for mold to start. An old aquarium with a custom lid could work.

Ok I have this one tank and I will try to use the Saran Wrap
Good luck, I suppose depending on your container, which must already have a lid, you could try putting tape over some holes.

The important thing would be to make sure the beetles can't get stuck.

Sphagnum moss is not going to be helpful because you have open top lid. Mesh screen lid is basically an open top. I would suggest you to place any plastic film or kitchen wrap cover the top lid completely, and only make a small holes on it. Insects do not breath like you. They do not continuously breath in and out. They only breath when only needed. A giant hole is unnecessary. I keep all of my scarab larvae in a plastic containers with only two to 8 needle holes depending on the size of empty space available inside the container from surface of substrate to the lid.
