Mexican Scarab

I was blacklighting in my parents backyard in Mexico in June of 2006. This beetle flew in. Anybody have an idea what it might be? Of course, I had to leave it (and all the other great bugs I found) at my parents home, in Mexico. I'll probably retire there, someday.

Oh, I put it on the lantana plant, by the way.

In deed, that is a beautiful chrysomelidae.

I'm pretty sure it's a Scarab (Rutelinae). Maybe Pelidnota sp?
