Japanese Rhinoceros Beetle Stuck in Pupa?

My Japanese Rhinoceros Beetle is my very first beetle, and I haven't been able to find much information on the actual changing of stages. My beetle has been shedding his pupa for 13 hours now and I have no idea if that is normal or not. His humidity is 88%, so that is plenty humid from what I've read. Do I need to help him get out of his pupa? He's still moving and wiggling.
