If you are referring to a very tiny light bulb you put around the Christmas trees, then no. Those bulbs barely produce heat enough to raise surrounding temperature. I know it gets hot enough to lightly burn your fingers when touched, but not enough heat is emitted. Instead, try use something like heat mat used for reptiles. Place the mat under a larger plastic container filled with water (just an inch of water or so), and then place your beetle container in there. Heat up water to heat up the beetle container. If you place heat mat directly under beetle container, substrate on bottom can dry out.
