Goliathus Larvae grey and not eating enough

Hi everyone it's been about a month since I last asked for help. For a while my larvae was doing fine but up until recently he's started to shrivel up and turn black and not eat food. I've been feeding him regularly but he won't touch the stuff. Please help!

That doesn't sound good at all. Not eating is one thing, depending on the size of the grub, since they have vary in weight when deciding to pupate,

the color change is probably some health issue. None of my grubs have ever changed color, they might get a slight change when mature, but I

haven't raised enough to really be sure about that. They do lose weight before pupation, but typically will stop their burrowing and look for the

material to form a cell.

I suppose it's possible it's molting, and that should take several days. These things are frustrating when a person doesn't have a lot

of hands on experience to draw from. Perhaps if you posted a picture, someone might recognize the issue.
