Questions:

Does it leave the jelly in half of the plastic so you can lay it neatly in your enclosure?

Since beetles move around a lot, would it get all over the tank making the substrate sticky thus introducing pests?

This can save me many beetle jellies.

You leave the seal intact when you split the jelly, so that there is only one side open. It's pretty much like using a jelly normally but with more surface area for feeding, and you can use the other half for another beetle.
