Flake Soil Mold

Does anyone know why I have green mold in my flake soil? I've made several batches outside with success, but I tried indoors and got a TON of Trichoderma. Should I trash this batch entirely? Any advice would be appreciated.

I usually scoop these out with a solo cup. Make sure to wear the appropriate mask and gloves when doing so.

After that, tumble the container around daily to prevent buildup.
