My first attempt at the breeding of Dynastes granti, this is one of the successfully bred pairs. The mating occurred in Mid September, eggs were collected in early November and the first L1 larvae was found in early December. That should put them right on timeline at ~ 3 months of duration in the egg period.
The incubation room for them was kept at an average of 70F during the day with an approximate 5F drop at night.
