dose anyone know how to grow living forest moss?

I've been wanting to grow some moss dose anyone know how to. the moss is for my beetles enclosure

Is forest moss a particular species? Moss generally likes cool, shaded location with high humidity. I used to keep them in a terrarium I once kept for a short term. My friends who kept them for a long time gave me a little bit of an idea of how to keeping them, was basically it as above. Mist them as often so it would not dry out. clay soil is recommended so moisture can be kept.

Yes I grow lots of moss, it’s basically a long waiting game.

The best way I found to grow moss is: use 1:1 part peat moss and perlite as soil, place the soil in an container, and lay the wild moss onto the soil. Mist the moss everyday and give it some sunlight.
