So apparently my Hercules and Granti larvae didn't seem to be growing as they should be in the last couple months. So, I changed some things. I weighed my DHH (as I normally do with all my larvae) and they are at 1.6g, 1.7g, and 1.8g. Granti are still stuck about 1g or so. I added more decayed wood to their substrate and added moist dog food as well. So I will check on them again in about 5 or 7 days to see if they ate any of the dog food and (or remove the moldy food) if they have grown any.

That's good you checked up on them and I recently checked up on mine as well. I didn't weigh my Dhh when I checked on them but they're getting bigger (They're L1s still) but my Dynastes tityus "Pacha" is getting bigger and bigger I believe him to be early L3.
Yeah I love watching them grow too (when I see them against the side/bottom of their container). I've had one try to bite me but I haven't been bitten yet *knocks on wood*

On 2/2/17 I changed D. Granti substrate to 100% hardwood I purchased from Peter of BIC. They FINALLY molted and are now L2, as of today,2/12/17. I'm excited and happy! I still kept the four of them in one container, but I'll have to change them to each have their own very soon. Yay!

Congrats! I also changed the substrate for my Dhh to a monster flakes/100% hardwood mix and also separated them into their own containers. They're getting big so hopefully they will molt to L2 soon I haven't disturbed since they were separated.

I definitely will! Pacha my Dynastes tityus is getting bigger too I'm hoping he molts to L3 as well.
