D. Granti breeding

I just got a pair of D. Granti and they're in a setup for laying, but I'm not 100% sure if they'll lay eggs.

1: will it help if I add larvae feces of D. Tityus?

2: how damp does substrate need to be?

3: how many eggs do D. Granti generally lay?

4: is the ratio of leaves to wood really, really important? I think I have about 3/1 wood to leaf ratio.

5:do I need to add soil?

Thanks!

1) No, does not matter. This is an extremely easy species to breed.

2) Damp but not enough to squeeze water out of it. Excess condensation and lack of airflow will cause the substrate to smell like ammonia.

3) Generally 50 or more if you stay on top of mating/collecting eggs, re-packing substrate.

4) For egg laying, nope. Females will lay in 100% organic potting soil.

5) Nope.

Ok thanks, also how many eggs do they lay at a time a time? How often do they mate? Will I be able to see eggs? Does the substrate need to be compactable? And how often do I need to collect eggs? Thanks, sorry I have so many questions but I really want to be successful in this
