Calosoma scrutator set-up and info?

Karma paid off for me tonight! While exiting a store I saw what I thought was a beetle and bolted for it in excitement. Alas, not but a roach! I prodded it out of the walkway with some gentle butt pats, and not two steps away out the door I saw a gorgeous, big bodied green beetle going past.

I've ID'd it as Calosoma scrutator (might be C. wilcoxi but I'm too beetle dumb to even wonder without a side by side.) I don't think they are terribly uncommon but I've never seen one before, so I like it! I always have waxies on hand for my load of lizards, so I'm certain I can feed it. Does anyone know what else this guy requires, though? All I could really find is "it climbs trees wowie zow!"

I'm not sure if I want to keep this fellow or release it. Photos are attached in case anyone is interested.

i'd keep it as dried specimen

I'd just keep it on damp substrate and feed regularly....though other setups I've seen have been bone dry. I've never had luck keeping any carabids on dry sub though.
