Beetles that are legal to sell in America?

Are any beetles legal to sell to the majority of states in America?

I ask because by selling my shrimp offspring, I am able to pay for supplies for my shrimp hobby.

To sell the offspring of beetles to offset the cost of this beetle hobby would be a plus, too.
