🚨just checked on him; he was burrowing under the substrate and has now emerged after a few hours with more spots. There are **no other bugs** in the substrate besides the female pelidnota.

Hello! begginer here, I need help. My beetle is a male, Pelidnota Sordida. And he lives with a female, just the two of them. Until a few days ago, he didn't have these spots. Over time, they have been increasing (photos attached). What would that be? What could I possibly do to "help" him?
