  • I happen to have a hard decayed log that is in perfect condition to be used for breeding, covered in white fungi and bracket as well as orange mushrooms. I also have a stock pile of dried out leaves rotten twigs and branches as well as 4 bags of beetle substrate from Japan. Are there any US species of stag beetles that breed well in hard decayed logs?

    I was wondering about something I hope someone on the forum might be able to enlighten me on. I do urban farming and keeping chickens is very common however like any type of poultry chickens do produce a lot of manure.
