Santo Posted April 29, 2013 Report Share Posted April 29, 2013 New to beetle keeping, but it has been my 5 year old son who has really had the success. I have been keeping reef tanks successfully for more than 13 years. My son took a small aquarium i had laying around setting it up to mimic the ground of the hills we hike here in the Bay Area. He started keeping all the bugs he would find aling the way. The most interesting of the bunch were the darkling beetles that we ended up focusing on.
