Howdyho,
im interessted of you expirence with M. t. ugandensis.

I have in breed now one Pair (Imago) and 14x L3-Grubs.

How do you breed them, what are yours parameters ?
i mean, which soil do you use, any extra food for the Grubs ?

The "Breedingcontainer" how do you set it up ?
(oh dear, i hope you understand me... :blink: )

Your avatar and your beetles have the same colors.
Have you had them many generations? I think it's hard to get very nice adults without feeding dog food or equivalent.

Its my first turn with a Mecynorrhina torquata species.
Yes, Mecynorrhina Grubs needs Protein, in form of smaller L1-2 Grubs (Pachnoda or similar) or Dog/Fish food.
No use Eudicella Grubs, they are Predators to... :lol:

I have some Meynorrhina L3 Grubs too and
most of the Larvae are in Puppacells.

The L3 grubs are Adult and i found a Male and two female.
